Lots of food that can be prepared and eaten as a snack. One commonly used as snack foods and tastes good is dumplings. Dumplings are many foods that we can meet in the area of Bandung. Material Content:
150 grams of chicken, finely chopped
50 grams of shrimp, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons of corn starch
2 egg whites
1 leek, finely sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon fish sauce

How to Make Chicken Dumplings:
1. Stir chicken, shrimp, garlic, egg whites, chives, salt, pepper, sesame oil, and fish sauce. Slam-slam.
Add corn starch. Stir well.
2. Take a piece of skin dumplings. Give contents. Folding - folding side. Rub with water. Sow with carrots.
3. Steam for 25 minutes until cooked.
